The target audience for this app is interlibrary loan personnel at academic institutions. Shipment Tracking is a companion app that allows subscribing libraries to scan shipping and item (usually books) barcodes into the OBILLSK Shipment Tracking system. The system is used for inputting, tracking and assessing all ILL shipments for a given interlibrary loan unit regardless of shipper chosen.
